Actor Mammootty and director Shafi, who have previously collaborated on successful films such as “Mayavi” and “Thommanum Makkalum,” are joining forces once again for their latest project, “Chattambinaadu.” Like their previous efforts, this movie promises to be a comedic adventure, with an intriguing blend of action and humor.
In “Chattambinaadu,” Mammootty will play the role of Veerendra Mallayya, a wealthy estate owner from Karnataka. One of the standout features of the film is the unique Kannada accent that will be featured prominently. This Kannada flavor is expected to have the same impact as the Thiruvananthapuram version of Malayalam did in “Rajamanikyam,” and should be a hit with audiences.
The movie, written by Benny P Nayarambalam, will feature three leading ladies for Mammootty. Produced by Mammootty’s production company, “Playhouse,” veteran actor Mukesh will also have a significant role in the film.
